SUMMARY:
State agencies, institutions, and instrumentalities. Requires state agencies, institutions, and instrumentalities to maintain any work-related accommodations which existed on or before January 15, 1997, for those employees who declared their disabilities on or before January 15, 1997. The bill exempts correctional officers from this provision.
