SUMMARY:

Subdivision ordinances. Clarifies that when a common or shared easement is conveyed during the subdivision process, the easement shall be adequate for use by franchised cable television operators. Also, provisions are deleted regarding the agreement of such cable operators with the terms and conditions of the common easement.
