SUMMARY:

Crimes; sale and possession of handgun ammunition; penalty. Creates a Class 1 misdemeanor (i) for any person to furnish to a person under 21 years of age ammunition that is suitable for use only in a handgun and (ii) for any person under 21 to possess such ammunition unless such possession is in connection with one of the authorized circumstances.
