SUMMARY:

Manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, and prescribing controlled substances. Prohibits any person from manufacturing, distributing, dispensing or prescribing any controlled substance listed on Schedules I through VI unless the name and address of the manufacturer of such drug has been released to the public by the United States Food and Drug Administration.
