SUMMARY:

Voluntary tax refund contributions; Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia. Establishes an income tax refund check-off for voluntary contributions to the Family and Children's Trust Fund of Virginia. Contributions may be made for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 1997, but before January 1, 2001. An identical check-off provision expired for taxable years beginning after December 31, 1996.
