SUMMARY:
Virginia Retirement System; bill requests and introduction. Requires legislation amending the Virginia Retirement System, State Police Officers' Retirement System, or Judicial Retirement System to be filed no later than the first calendar day of any regular session. The Virginia Retirement System is required to prepare a statement of the financial impact and the policy implications of the proposed bills and submit the statement to the House and Senate Clerks and other specified agencies.
