SUMMARY:
DUI stickers for repeat offenders' license plates; penalty. Allows a court to order that a person convicted of a second or subsequent DUI offense have distinctive stickers applied to his license plates showing that he has been convicted of DUI more than once. Removal of the stickers is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
