SUMMARY:
Payment for bodily injury by inmate. Authorizes the Board of Corrections and the various jail superintendents and sheriffs to provide for procedures to recover from an inmate the costs of medical care for persons intentionally injured by such inmate. Such procedures shall afford the inmate due process.
