SUMMARY:

Agriculture; food and drink. Prohibits cats, like all other domestic animals, from remaining in any room used for the manufacture or storage of food products, and repeals the section that (i) requires cuspidors to be provided by the owner or operator of a food-producing establishment and (ii) prohibits employees of such establishments from expectorating within the confines of such establishments.
