A BILL to amend and reenact § 3.1-376 of the Code of Virginia and to repeal § 3.1-378 of the Code of Virginia, relating to certain food and drink sanitary requirements.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 3.1-376 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 3.1-376. Domestic animals.

No domestic animals, except cats, shall be permitted to remain in any room used for the manufacture or storage of food products.

2. That § 3.1-378 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
