Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 40.1-68.1 as follows:

§ 40.1-68.1. Posting of notice.

The Department shall prepare and make available for distribution a poster that describes in substantial form the rights of employees and employers under §§ 40.1-59 through 40.1-64, 40.1-66, and 40.1-69. All employers having four or more employees subject to these provisions shall display this poster in a conspicuous location in the workplace.

2. That the provisions of this act shall become effective on January 1, 1998.
