HOUSE BILL NO. 2415 AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by the House Committee on Conservation and Natural Resources on January 24, 1997 (Patron Prior to Substitute--Delegate Murphy) A BILL to amend Chapter 1032 of the Acts of Assembly of 1996 relating to appeals of certain agency actions.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

0 1. That Chapter 1032 of the Acts of Assembly of 1996 is amended as follows:

5. That the "final and unappealable decision of a court of competent jurisdiction" referred to in enactment clauses 3 and 4 was rendered by the United States Supreme Court in the case of Commonwealth vs. Browner on January 21, 1997.
