SUMMARY:
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; prohibited conduct. Prohibits any spouse of a circuit court judge from being elected or appointed clerk of that circuit court. The bill also prohibits any spouse of a circuit court clerk from being elected or appointed judge of that circuit court. Neither situation currently exists in the Commonwealth.
