SUMMARY:
Adult care residences. Transfers the licensure and regulation of adult care residences, district homes of the aged and adult day care centers from the Department and Board of Social Services to the Department and Board of Health. This is a simple transfer, with no changes in substantive law. Provision is made in enactment clauses for continuation of the Board of Social Services regulations, etc., until the Board of Health develops its program operational.
