SB 351 Class A and Class B contractor's licenses; examinations.

SUMMARY:

Class A and Class B contractor's licenses; examinations. Provides that no examination is required where a Class A or Class B contractor changes his form of business entity provided such contractor is in good standing with the Board for Contractors. The bill also authorizes the Board to require a designated employee to retake the exam if his actions led to disciplinary action by the Board against the contractor for whom the designated employee worked.
