Exempts the property of the following organizations from local property taxes: Our Lady of Hope Health Center, Inc.; Family Life Services of Southern Virginia, Inc.; Appalachian Educational Communications Corporation; Mid-Atlantic Teen Challenge, Inc.; Virginia Peninsula Shelter for Abused Children, Inc.; Triad Foundation, Inc.; Jefferson Area Board for the Aging, Inc.; Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley, Inc., and Crisis Pregnancy Center of Roanoke Valley, Inc.; Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity, Inc.; St. Chivas Corporation Pathway Visions, Inc.; Rapidan Habitat for Humanity, Inc.; Louisa County Library Foundation; and George C.
