SUMMARY:

Study; child care fee system. Establishes the Joint Subcommittee to Study the Child Care Fee System to examine the various types of subsidized day care available for low income working and public assistance families, including eligibility and fee requirements. The joint subcommittee is directed to make recommendations that will improve the availability, accessibility and equity of subsidized day care.
