SUMMARY:
Reporting of the arrest of a teacher. Requires that local law enforcement officers report the arrest of a public school teacher or school employee for a felony or crime of moral turpitude to the superintendent of the employing division. Currently, sex crimes are reported. This bill is identical to HB 276.
