SUMMARY:
Report of arrest of certain school employees. Expands the current notification law to (i) include all full-time, part-time and temporary teachers and employees and (ii) require that the local school division be notified of the arrest of certain employees, (currently only for rape or abuse or molestation offenses) for any felony or any crime involving moral turpitude. These currently are offenses for which teachers may be suspended pursusant to § 22.1-315.
