SUMMARY:
Insurance; provider contracts; utilization review. Prohibits insurers, nonstock corporations and health maintenance organizations from requiring that the determinations of health care providers, as a term or condition of participation in their network or organization, be subject to utilization review (pursuant to Chapters 53 and 54 of Title 38.2).
