SUMMARY:

Reimbursement of expenses associated with certain illegal drug activities. Allows localities to collect up to $1,000 in a civil action against any person who is convicted of a crime related to the possession or distribution of narcotics, dangerous drugs or controlled substances to recover law-enforcement expenses.
