CHAPTER 245 An Act to amend and reenact § 38.2-1612 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association. [H 1541] Approved March 16, 1996

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 38.2-1612 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 38.2-1612. Examination and regulation of Association by Commission; annual financial report.

The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the Commission. The board of directors shall submit, not later than March 30 May 1 of each year, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approved by the Commission.
