SUMMARY:
Repeal of sunset; consolidation and bifurcation of asbestos cases. Repeals sunset provision tied to Section 8.01-374.1, relating to consolidation and bifurcation of asbestos cases, set to expire June 30, 1995. The emergency provision accommodates the one-day (June 30, 1995) on which no such law would be in force whatsoever.
