VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER An Act to repeal the second enactment of Chapter 615 of the 1992 Acts of Assembly, relating to bifurcation and consolidation of asbestos cases. [S 871] Approved

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the second enactment of Chapter 615 of the 1992 Acts of Assembly is repealed.

2. That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
