SUMMARY:

Appeals to Board of Zoning Appeals. Provides that after a 60-day period from a decision of the zoning administrator or other administrative officer, such decision shall not be changed unless the decision was obtained through malfeasance or fraud. However, with the concurrence of the attorney for the governing body, the 60-day period does not apply when correcting clerical or other nondiscretionary errors.
