SUMMARY:
Alcoholic beverages. Relates to liability for selling alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age. This bill establishes a right to civil damages for injuries suffered proximately by the sale or service to an individual under 21 years of age; provides parameters for defense to charges of reckless or negligent business practices; and provides a defense to liability by business for good faith refusal to sell or serve alcoholic beverages to underage patrons.
