LD1992164Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, general or special, the governing body of the City of Norfolk, by ordinance, may declare Pretty Lake, located within the City’s boundaries, a sanctuary for crabs and bar all incompatible activities therefrom. The governing body in such ordinance may also designate navigational channels on the lake. The channels so designated, in the discretion of the governing body, may be marked and, if marked, their use enforced by the City.
