SUMMARY:

Norfolk declaration of Pretty Lake as crab sanctuary. Authorizes the City of Norfolk, by ordinance, to make a body of water, known as Pretty Lake, a crab sanctuary and to bar all incompatible activities therefrom, including commercial crabbing. The City can also establish navigational channels for Pretty Lake and, if marked, enforce their use.
