CHAPTER 376 An Act to amend and reenact § 29.1-816 of the Code of Virginia, relating to advertisements by watercraft dealers. [H 1836] Approved March 18, 1995

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 29.1-816 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 29.1-816. Advertisement.

Unless the watercraft dealer is clearly identified by name, whenever any licensee places an advertisement in any newspaper or publication, the type and number of the license abbreviations "VA DLR," denoting a Virginia licensed dealer, shall appear therein.
