SUMMARY:

Watercraft dealer advertisements. Requires a watercraft dealer, when advertising in a newspaper, to identify himself as a Virginia dealer, unless the ad identifies him by name. This requirement is the same as the one imposed on motor vehicles dealers. Currently, watercraft dealer advertisements have to include only the type and number of the licensee.
