SUMMARY:

Bond issue. Authorizes the issuance of $141,946,000 in 9(d) state bonds to pay for the costs of constructing the transportation projects necessary to support the Disney project in Prince William County. The bonds will be "subject to appropriation" debt, and the debt issuance is contingent upon receiving certain favorable approvals of Disney's site plan by the county.
