SUMMARY:

Administration of the government; Freedom of Information Act; alcoholic beverage control. Provides an exemption from FOIA for the ABC Department to the extent that disclosure or public dissemination of memoranda, documents, etc., which describe any aspect of security used by the Department would jeopardize the security of any ABC store or warehouse.
