SUMMARY:

Bicycles and mopeds. Allows law-enforcement officers on bicycles and mopeds, under emergency conditions, the same exemptions from motor vehicle laws allowed to officers using motor vehicles under similar conditions. This bill is the same as Senate Bill 249 (Howell).
