SUMMARY:
Permissible form for certificate of satisfaction. Changes the permissible form for the certificate of satisfaction of a real estate deed of trust by adding clerk's certificates. The clerk's certificate will be in addition to the notary's certificate and the note holder's certificate currently required. In addition, the maker's name and date of the note need no longer appear on the certificate of satisfaction.
