SUMMARY:

Administration of the government; designation of "Virginia Drug Free Day". Designates the Saturday of the last week of October of each year as "Virginia Drug Free Day" to recognize and support education about the dangers of drug abuse, the penalties for drug crimes, the availability of substance abuse programs, and the need to eradicate drug abuse in Virginia's communities.
