SUMMARY:
Investigations by human rights commissions in counties having the urban county executive form of government. Authorizes such a commission in Fairfax County (the only county using this form of government) to petition the general district court judge for a subpoena for witnesses; at present time only a subpoena duces tecum may be issued.
