Any deposition taken pursuant to a witness subpoena issued under this section shall be conducted in the manner provided for in civil actions in courts of record. Such deposition may be used by the commission on human rights in the exercise of its duties under this article and may also be used to the same extent and subject to the same limitations set forth in Rule 4:7 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
