SUMMARY:

Home/electronic incarceration. Enables the sheriff or the administrator of a local or regional jail who has assigned an offender to a home/electronic incarceration program to revoke that assignment upon violation of the home/electronic incarceration agreement and, if revoked, to return the offender to the jail to which he was originally sentenced.
