SUMMARY:

Limitations on enforcement of deeds of trust, mortgages and liens; certificate. Deletes archaic references to marginal notations of endorsements extending the time for enforcement of a deed of trust or mortgage. The bill also provides for recordation of a certificate of extension in lieu of the marginal notation.
