SUMMARY:

Vehicle size and weight. Increases the permissible length coupled together by no more than three saddle mounts from 65 feet to 75 feet; provides that, in measuring vehicle lengths, all fractions of a foot will be rounded to the next highest foot; and eliminates references to "federal-aid primaries."
