Housing; Department of Housing and Community Development; statewide homeless intervention program. Adds the creation and administration of program guidelines for a statewide homeless intervention program to the list of powers and duties of the Director of the Department of Housing and Community Development. This bill is identical to SB 8 (Gartlan).
