SUMMARY:

Detention for CHINS. Reduces the maximum time a child in need of supervision who has violated a court order may be held in a secure facility from 30 days to 10 days. This limitation conforms to the limitation imposed generally under subsection A of the same section and therefore resolves an apparent conflict.
