CHAPTER 539 An Act to amend and reenact § 15.1-1052 of the Code of Virginia, relating to certification by commissioner of revenue as to real estate in annexed territory. [H 406] Approved April 9, 1994

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 15.1-1052 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 15.1-1052. Commissioner of revenue for the county to certify list of real estate in annexed territory to commissioner of revenue.

The clerk of the court commissioner of the revenue of such county in whose office the land books are filed, shall forthwith make from the land books and certify to the commissioner of the revenue of the city a list of all real estate within the annexed territory as it appears on such land books, embracing every entry thereon in regard thereto, for which service he shall be paid by such city the fees allowed by law for similar services a reasonable fee.
