SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Towing enforcement. Provides that violations of existing provisions regarding tow truck drivers and towing and recovery operators are subject to the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. The bill repeals the $150 civil penalty for certain towing violations in Planning District 8.
