SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Chesapeake Hospital Authority. Provides that the investment of funds held by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority, or contributed to its affiliated foundations, shall be exempt from the application of the Investment of Public Funds Act. This bill is identical to SB 1088.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Chesapeake Hospital Authority. Provides that the investment of funds held by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority, or contributed to its affiliated foundations, shall be exempt from the application of the Virginia Security for Public Deposits Act and the Investment of Public Funds Act.
