SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Chesapeake Hospital Authority. Provides that the investment of funds held by the Chesapeake Hospital Authority, or contributed to its affiliated foundations, shall be exempt from the application of the Investment of Public Funds Act. This bill is identical to SB 1088.
