Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 10.1-204.2 as follows:

§ 10.1-204.2. Seaplanes in state parks.

The Department shall adopt regulations allowing seaplane pilots to voluntarily land on and take off from lakes located within state parks in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
