SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Seaplanes in state parks. Directs the Department of Conservation and Recreation to adopt regulations allowing seaplane pilots to voluntarily land on and take off from lakes located within state parks in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
