SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; short-term and long-term effects of biosolids and industrial wastes; report. Requests the Secretaries of Natural Resources and Health and Human Resources to convene a panel of experts to study the short-term and long-term effects of the storage and land application of industrial wastes and treated sewage sludge (biosolids) on public health, residential wells, and surface and ground water.
