16100257DBe it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 4.1-105 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:
§ 4.1-105. Police power of members, agents and employees of Board.
Members A. Except as provided in subsection B, members of
the Board are vested, and such agents and employees of the Board designated by
it shall be vested, with like power to enforce the provisions of (i) this title
and the criminal laws of the Commonwealth as is vested in the chief
law-enforcement officer of a county, city, or town; (ii) § 3.2-4207; (iii) §
18.2-371.2; and (iv) § 58.1-1037.
B. No member of the Board or any special agent or employee of the Board shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of § 4.1-305.
